Berthoud alabaster and gilt bronze portrait bust, possibly of Sarah Bernhardt, the head finely carved marble full of expression, the shoulders and base cast of gilt bronze. In the Art Nouveau Style. Signed by the artist, "Berthoud". (Paul Francois Berthoud, 1870-1939 France). Exhibited at the Salon D'Automne and the Salon des Artistes Francais in Paris.
